Terms of service
Effective date: October 10, 2026 · Last updated: October 10, 2026
These Terms of Service ("Terms") form an agreement between you and Jabz AI Solutions ("Jabz," "we," "us," or "our"). They govern your access to and use of the Jabz website, AI receptionist, call-handling tools, dashboards, and related services (the "Services"). By creating an account, subscribing to a plan, or using the Services, you agree to these Terms.
1. The Services
Jabz provides software that can answer, route, summarize, and assist with business calls and related workflows. Features, limits, integrations, and availability may vary by plan. We may improve, modify, or discontinue features when reasonably necessary to operate or improve the Services.
2. Accounts
You must provide accurate information and keep your login credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account and must promptly notify us of unauthorized access. You must be at least 18 years old and authorized to bind the business or organization on whose behalf you use the Services.
3. Subscriptions and payment
Paid plans renew for the billing period selected at checkout unless canceled before the next renewal. Stripe processes payments on our behalf, and its terms may also apply. You authorize us to charge the payment method associated with your subscription for recurring fees, applicable taxes, and approved usage charges.
Plan changes may take effect immediately or at the next billing period as shown at checkout. Unless required by law or expressly stated otherwise, payments are non-refundable. We may suspend service for overdue amounts after giving reasonable notice.
4. Your responsibilities
You are responsible for:
- Providing accurate business information and configuring call routing responsibly.
- Having the rights and permissions needed for content, phone numbers, recordings, contacts, and integrations you use with Jabz.
- Giving callers legally required notices and obtaining legally required consent for recording, transcription, automated calling, or messaging.
- Reviewing AI-generated outputs before relying on them for important decisions or customer communications.
- Following applicable telecommunications, privacy, consumer-protection, and marketing laws.
5. Acceptable use
You may not use the Services to violate law or third-party rights; harass, deceive, threaten, or impersonate others; transmit malicious code; interfere with the Services; attempt unauthorized access; resell the Services without permission; or use automated calling for unlawful spam, fraud, or abuse. We may investigate suspected misuse and suspend or terminate access when necessary to protect the Services or others.
6. Artificial intelligence limitations
AI-generated responses, transcripts, summaries, classifications, and actions may be incomplete, inaccurate, delayed, or misunderstood. The Services do not provide legal, medical, financial, emergency, or other professional advice. Do not rely on Jabz as the sole system for emergency response, safety-critical decisions, or legally required communications.
7. Your content and our technology
You retain ownership of content you submit or make available through the Services. You grant Jabz the limited rights needed to host, process, transmit, and display that content to provide and secure the Services. Jabz and its licensors retain all rights in the Services, software, designs, trademarks, and documentation. Feedback you provide may be used without restriction or payment, provided it does not identify you or disclose confidential content.
8. Third-party services
The Services may connect to third-party products such as payment, hosting, communications, or AI providers. Third-party services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for outages, changes, or content controlled by a third party.
9. Availability and support
We work to keep the Services reliable but do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or universally available operation. Maintenance, provider outages, network failures, and events outside our reasonable control may affect availability. Support is provided through the contact method listed on our website and according to the plan or arrangement applicable to you.
10. Termination
You may stop using the Services or cancel a subscription through the available account or billing controls. We may suspend or terminate access for material breach, nonpayment, unlawful use, security risk, or where necessary to protect the Services. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will survive, including payment obligations, ownership, disclaimers, limitations, and dispute provisions.
11. Disclaimers
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Services are provided "as is" and "as available." Jabz disclaims implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and warranties arising from course of dealing or usage of trade. We do not warrant that AI outputs will be accurate, complete, or suitable for your particular business.
12. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Jabz and its providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or lost-revenue damages arising from the Services. Our aggregate liability for claims relating to the Services will not exceed the amount you paid to Jabz for the Services during the three months before the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited.
13. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms as the Services or applicable requirements change. We will update the date above and provide any notice required by law. If you continue using the Services after the updated Terms take effect, you accept the revised Terms.
